Undoing is a body of work that explores textiles on the body that fall apart by dissolving. These materials are able to convey signs of wear by dissolving in different ways. In this body of work, I aim to explore the marking of time, and emotion and how these things wear away. It is the undoing of labor. The undoing of a garment. The undoing of a person. The undoing of time.
